Project Overview
EC1 Build, a London-based construction company, approached us to develop a comprehensive system within monday.com to streamline their lead management, sales pipeline, and project tracking. Their goals included better integration of leads, enhanced communication with clients, and improved workflow transparency.

The Issues We Set Out to Solve
EC1 Build faced challenges in managing their leads, sales pipeline, and project workflows due to fragmented systems and manual processes. Inquiries from various channels were scattered, making it difficult to track and follow up efficiently. Their sales pipeline lacked clarity, and key tasks like client communication, document organization, and referral tracking were time-consuming and prone to errors.
Scope of The Project
Streamlined EC1 Build's workflows by automating lead management, enhancing sales pipelines, integrating key tools, and providing real-time dashboards for improved efficiency and collaboration.

We integrated a form on their website to capture inquiries directly into monday.com, ensuring a seamless flow of new leads.
Implemented an email parser to forward leads deemed valuable from Gmail to monday.com automatically.

Established automated reminders to follow up with leads based on contracts needing follow up.
Tailored reminders to adjust by stage (e.g., after being quoted or only contacted).

Refined the existing workflow to include additional pre-inquiry stages as client contacted (tracking communication type: phone, email, etc.).
The updated workflow integrated seamlessly into their main works board: Inquiry > Quote/Pitch > Preconstruction > On-Site > Snagging > Retention.

Automated the creation of client folders in Google Drive when specific triggers were met (e.g., when a quote was provided).
Implemented a predefined folder structure for consistency and easy access to project documentation.

Developed dashboards to monitor the performance of referral sources, tracking the number of leads brought in and success rate.
Designed a dashboard to display sales forecasting, lead type success rates.

Set up Mailchimp for email campaigns, and also included 10 reusable templates for client communication.
Linked Mailchimp with Monday.com through Make.com to ensure synchronized client updates.
